Peace of Mind for Life’s Most Important Transition
Hi, I’m Cassandra, and I want to talk to you about something most people avoid: preparing for the end of life.
I know, it’s not easy, and it’s certainly not fun. But after years of working closely with families during the most emotional moments of their lives, I’ve learned something important: grief is hard enough without the chaos of paperwork, passwords, policies, and uncertainty.
That’s why I started Life: Sorted.
Why I Do This Work
I’m not an attorney, but I am a licensed life insurance agent and a former funeral pre-planning specialist. I’ve sat with families who were overwhelmed, not just by their grief, but by the stress of trying to piece together the puzzle of someone’s life in a matter of days.
They didn’t know where to find documents. They didn’t know who the beneficiaries were. They didn’t know what insurance existed, what final wishes had been made (if any), or how to handle the endless logistics.
And too often, they told me, “I wish we had talked about this earlier.”
So I created Life: Sorted to be both the conversation starter and the action taker. I help people, especially those in their 50s and beyond (but any age is the perfect age to plan your legacy and gift your family with organization), get every piece of end-of-life paperwork and planning in order. Together, we organize everything:
- Beneficiary reviews
- Life insurance verification (just checking, no selling)
- Funeral pre-planning coordination
- Emergency contacts, account access, medical directives, and more
- Professionally prepared Florida-compliant legal documents (simple wills, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, HIPAA releases)
- Personalized or DIY Legacy Binder packages for organizing every important detail
Let me be clear. Yes, I’m a licensed life insurance agent, but I’m not here to sell insurance. I don’t represent a company, and I’m not earning a commission. My role is to help you make sense of what you already have, assist you with completing the appropriate forms based on your direction, and ensure everything is organized and easy for your loved ones to access.
Everything ends up in one place, a customized Legacy Binder (and optional digital backup) that gives your family clarity when it matters most.
Why Now?
You don’t wait until your house is on fire to buy insurance. The same goes for end-of-life organization. Your 50s are the perfect time to put this in place, while you’re healthy, thinking clearly, and able to be proactive. It’s the best gift you can give your family.
We’ll revisit your plan each year to keep it current, because life changes. People marry, move, retire, or adjust their wishes. Your documents and plans should evolve with you.
What You Gain
- Peace of mind
- A sense of control
- A way to love your family even after you’re gone
At Life: Sorted, I take the burden off your shoulders and turn a daunting task into a thoughtful, empowering process.
Whether you prefer a guided consultation or a DIY download you can complete on your own, you’ll have the tools, clarity, and confidence to make sure everything is truly in order.
If you’ve ever said, “I need to get my stuff together,” this is your sign.
I’d love to help.
